Therapy

We work collaboratively with individuals and couples to support healing through anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and more. Drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches, we meet you where you are — and walk with you toward where you want to be. Sessions available in-person and online.
Supervision
Grow your clinical skills with a supervisor who brings depth, warmth, and real-world experience. We offer professional supervision for licensed and pre-licensed therapists, providing thoughtful guidance to help you develop your voice, strengthen your practice, and build confidence in your work.
Consultation
Ready to take the leap into private practice? We offer consultation for therapists at any stage of building their own practice — from the first business decisions to the day-to-day realities of running your own caseload. Benefit from our years of experience navigating the path you’re on.
